Timothy Everett Fowler, born on April 4, 1954, in North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Coleman Healthcare Center in Coleman, Texas. Known for his kind spirit and warm smile, Timothy touched the lives of many throughout his journey.

He is survived by his significant other, Elena Dolan, who provided unconditional love and support. Additionally, he leaves behind his siblings, Chris Fowler and Susie Rowsey, who will forever cherish their fond memories with him.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Julian Ira Fowler and Macy Hall Fowler, whose influence and nurturing shaped him into the remarkable person he became.

As we remember Timothy, we honor a life well-lived, marked by love, resilience, and a legacy of kindness that will endure in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

A private interment will be in the Coleman City Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman.
