Tim Bledsoe

Tim Bledsoe, a devoted mechanic, heavy machine operator, and passionate rancher, was born on March 8, 1962, in Coleman, Texas. He passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025, at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, love, and devotion to his family.

Tim's career spanned many years, primarily in mechanics and heavy machinery. However, his true passion lay in farming and ranching, where he found a profound sense of belonging while tending to the land he cherished. His love for the countryside and the life of a farmer was evident in everything he did.

Growing up in Valera, Tim graduated from Talpa Centennial High School, a stepping stone that would lead him to embrace a life filled with labor and love for the agricultural community. Tim's spirit was characterized by a loving and giving nature; he treasured time spent with family and friends and always extended a helping hand to those in need.

Tim was actively involved in his community, proudly holding membership in the Coleman Rodeo Association and the Coleman Masonic Lodge #496, reflecting his commitment to service and camaraderie.

Tim is survived by his children, Stephannie Bogle and husband Joe of San Angelo, and Colton Bledsoe and wife Makenzie of Lake Arthur, New Mexico. He was a doting grandfather to his beloved grandchildren, Hadlee Bogle and Weston Bledsoe. He is also survived by his loving mother, Dokie Bledsoe of Valera, and his brother, Billy Bledsoe and wife Amy of Coleman.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Tiehle Bledsoe, whose memory will remain a gentle reminder of Tim's roots and the values instilled in him.

A visitation to celebrate Tim's life will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM, at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman. Interment will follow in the Valera Cemetery.

Tim Bledsoe will be remembered not only for his dedication to his work but also for the warmth he brought to the lives of those around him. His legacy of love, family, and a deep connection to the land will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew him.
