Ronnie Floyd Broyles passed away peacefully on Friday, June 19, 2026, in Granbury, Texas, with his family by his side. Born on July 11, 1943, in Coleman, Texas, Ronnie’s long and meaningful life began in the heart of a close-knit community that shaped his enduring spirit. Ronnie graduated from Coleman High School and proudly served his country in the Army National Guard.
Ronnie’s journey was one marked by integrity, warmth, and quiet strength. Throughout his years, he cultivated lasting bonds with those around him and touched the lives of many. He was an expert welder and fitter for many years. Coleman, his birthplace, held a special significance for Ronnie, shaping not only his formative years but also his enduring appreciation for tradition and connection. Ronnie had a loving and giving heart. He loved to ride his bicycle and would repair and give bicycles to the children in his neighborhood. Before Ronnie got sick, he would ride 20 miles a day on his bicycle.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Valerie Wise, and his son, Paul Broyles and wife Erika. He loved and adored his grandchildren, Zak Wise and Chaz Wise, along with his great-granddaughter, Phoebe Wise and one on the way.
