Larry Herbert Hunt

Larry Hunt, age 69, of Coleman, died Monday, January 1, 2018, under hospice care, at his brother’s home in Odessa. His choice was to be cremated and there will be a private family service at a later date. Arrangements were made by Stevens Funeral Home, Coleman, Texas.

Larry Herbert Hunt was born November 30, 1948 in Duncan, Oklahoma, a son of Herbert L. Hunt and Frankie Shahan Hunt. He grew up in Odessa where he attended school. Larry worked in the oil field most of his life. He moved to Coleman about 16 years ago.

He is survived by one daughter, Tia Dawn Hunt of Coleman; one sister, Carolyn Pruitt of Melbourne, Florida; two brothers, Lyndell Hunt of Coleman and Darrell Hunt (and wife Winter) of Odessa; four nieces and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Frankie Hunt.
