Joyce Harrell

Joyce L. Harrell, age 83, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, at Coleman Healthcare Center. She was born on August 5, 1942, in Coleman, Texas to Eddie Otto Harrell and Marjorie Crockett Harrell.

Joyce attended school in Coleman. She spent many years working at Dry Manufacturing.

She was a long-time member of the Elm Street Church of Christ,

Joyce is survived by her sister Carolyn Harkey and brother-in-law Terry Harkey, along with her nieces Kay Swan (and husband Steve) and Vicki Heflin (and husband Brett); and four great-nephews She had many cousins on both the Crockett and Harrell families

She was preceded in death by her parents and her great-great-nephew Zackary Rankin.

A graveside service was held at the Coleman City Cemetery Pavilion on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM, where her family gathered to honor her life.

Memorials in Joyce’s name may be sent to Coleman Health Care or Holiday Hill Nursing Home.
