John attended school in Santa Anna and Roby, where he formed lasting friendships and created cherished memories. Those who were fortunate enough to know John remember him for his heart of gold. He brought laughter to so many lives with his quick wit and joyous spirit, always ensuring that those around him felt the warmth of his love and kindness. His carefree nature allowed him to navigate life with an openness that drew people near and put them at ease, making every gathering brighter simply by being present.

John's passions ranged from the peaceful solitude of fishing by the water's edge to the excitement and camaraderie of playing video games with friends. An avid reader, he loved discovering new worlds through the pages of a good book and was always eager to share those stories with others. He also enjoyed cooking and dreamed of one day owning his own food truck. Through these interests, John built lasting friendships, strengthened family bonds, and created countless cherished memories that will continue to be treasured by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Sheila Bailey; his loving sister, Sudie Puckett; and his grandmother, Rachel Bailey. John is also remembered and dearly missed by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, whose relationships with him brought mutual affection and joy.

John was preceded in death by his father, Timmie Dale Puckett, his grandmother, Beverly Boiles, and his grandfather, Archie Bailey. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who loved John and knew the depth of his compassion and the brightness of his spirit.
