Ina Ree Eubank

October 15, 1931 — January 10, 2024

Coleman

Ina Ree Eubank, a beloved resident of Coleman, Texas, peacefully passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 92. Born on October 15, 1931, in Levita, Texas, she was the daughter of Guy Earnest Pollock and Effie Lena Cartwright Pollock. Ree, as she was fondly known by her loved ones, lived a remarkable life, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Ree experienced many adventures during her lifetime. Following her marriage to her beloved husband, James Mack Eubank, on February 17, 1951, they embarked on a journey together, residing in various locations including South Dakota and multiple cities across Texas. However, it was in Garland, Texas, that they decided to settle and raise their only daughter, Patty. In 1989, Ree and James returned to their roots, choosing to make Coleman their forever home. He preceded her in death on December 27, 2000.

Throughout her life, Ree found joy in the simple pleasures. She had a passion for playing the game of "42" and enjoyed countless hours of friendly competition with her closest friends. Ree's green thumb and love for nature were evident by the beautifully manicured yard and gardens that adorned her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother, and her daughter, Patty Eubank.

She is survived by her three grandchildren, Sean Gordon and wife Johanna, Shea Gordon and significant other Michael Jewell and Sara White and husband Cody, all of Coleman; former son-in-law, Mark Gordon; great grandchildren, Ryan Brewster and husband Aaron, Gunner Gordon, Gage Gordon and Scout Hausen; her pride and joy,  great-grandson, Callum James Brewster; two nieces and two nephews, Charlotte Esparza and husband Larry, Linda Huston and husband Dallas, Garry Pollock and wife Debbie and Ron Pollock.

Friends, relatives, and community members are invited to a visitation at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, 2024, and a service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 400 W. Pecan Street, Coleman, Texas 76834. Chad Anders, Youth Minister of First Baptist Church in Coleman, will officiate. Private interment will be in the Coleman City Cemetery.

The family suggests that donations be made to the Coleman Senior Center, P. O. Box 785, Coleman, Texas 76834 or the Humane Society of Coleman County, P. O. Box 288, Coleman, Texas 76834.

Ina Ree Eubank's departure leaves a void in our lives, but may she rest in peace, knowing that she touched the hearts and souls of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
