Doyce Roy Row “DR” was born October 4, 1940 in Gouldbusk to Ray and Ruth Arnold Row.  He grew up in Gouldbusk and attended Mozelle High School.  Some of his favorite memories were playing football for the Mighty Mustangs.  Doyce moved to Midland in the early 60’s and found his knack of working in the roofing business.  He was and avid catfish fisherman and spent many rip-roaring hours running up and down the Rio Grande River.  DR was a member of the Kentucky Baptist Church and enjoyed bible studies and Sunday morning services.

DR is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Ruth Row; his brothers, Truman Row, Jim Row, Benny Row, and Van Row.

Doyce is survived by his daughters, Tammy Watters and husband Joe of Midland, Lawana Burrow of Brady, Brandie Chapman and husband Benjamin of San Antonio; his son, Mar Row of Eagle Pass; his grandchildren, Lyndsey LaCoe, Jodilyn Watters, Benson Chapman, and Brielle Chapman; his great-grandchildren, Seth and Laryha LaCoe; his brother, Joe Row of Coleman; his sister, Bonnie Fannin of Columbus, Ohio; and his nephew, Jimmy Ray Row and wife Melissa.

Doyce’s life was an adventure until he took his last breath.  His biggest desire was for those he knew and loved to have a relationship with his Lord and Savior.

The family would like to express their gratitude towards Hospice of Midland and Kentucky Baptist Church.
