Dennis Ray Farris

Dennis Farris, age 63, of Coleman, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at his residence.

A private interment will be in the Coleman City Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman.

He was born Dennis Ray Farris on February 5, 1958, in Santa Anna to A.J. “Jake” Farris and Betty June Pennington Farris. Dennis grew up in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High School. He worked in the oil industry and then went into construction building homes in Big Spring. Dennis loved his family and his beloved dogs. He was a member of Elm Street Church of Christ.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Betty June Farris, and his sister, Linda June Bedell.

He is survived by his sister, Sandra Jameson and husband Danny of Coleman, and multiple nieces and nephews.
